 Refund Policy for Reiki and Life Coaching Sessions

At Holistic Life Hub, we are committed to providing transformative and enriching experiences through our Reiki and Life Coaching sessions. We understand that sometimes, circumstances change, and you may need to adjust or cancel your appointment. Our refund policy is designed with flexibility and respect for both our clients' needs and our practitioners' time.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Client:

72 Hours or More Before Appointment: If you cancel your session at least 72 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule your session at no additional cost.
24 to 72 Hours Before Appointment: Cancellations made within this window will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule the session. However, a rescheduling fee of 20% of the session cost may apply.
Less Than 24 Hours Before Appointment: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. However, we may offer the option to reschedule at our discretion with a rescheduling fee of 50% of the session cost.
No-Show Policy:

If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable. We value our practitioners' time and commitment to your growth, so please understand that a no-show fee reflects the time reserved for you.
Cancellation by Holistic Life Hub:

In the rare event that we need to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at a time that suits you best. We will do our utmost to provide as much notice as possible.
Emergency Situations:

We understand that life is unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We handle such situations on a case-by-case basis with empathy and understanding.
Satisfaction Guarantee:

Your well-being is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your Reiki or Life Coaching session, please reach out to us within 48 hours to discuss your concerns. While we do not offer refunds based solely on dissatisfaction, we are committed to working with you to find a solution, which may include a complimentary follow-up session.
