A rich, earthy pu'erh tea from the Yunnan province of China, blended with mate and nettle leaves for detoxifying support, and freeze-dried blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries for a natural fruity sweetness. Calendula petals and mallow flowers add a smooth, floral complexity.
Pu'erh is a fermented tea — it's aged and processed differently from all other teas, which gives it a deep, almost soil-like earthiness that becomes smoother and sweeter the longer you steep it. The berries balance that depth with brightness.
Moderate caffeine. Brewing: 2–3g per 200ml. Water at 90–95°C. Steep for 4–5 minutes. Re-steeps beautifully — the flavour changes with each infusion.
Ingredients: Pu'erh tea, mate leaves, nettle leaves, carrot pieces, freeze-dried blueberry, calendula petals, mallow flowers, freeze-dried strawberry, freeze-dried raspberry, natural flavouring.
Why I chose this
This is the tea that feels like sitting by a fire. I drink it on deeper days — when the breathing and writing go somewhere unexpected. It's completely different from everything else in the range, and that's the point. Sometimes you need a tea that grounds you rather than lifts you.
