A South African rooibos base blended with warming spices and natural sweetness — apple, valerian, orange blossom, lavender, and mallow flowers. Rooibos is naturally caffeine-free, low in tannins (so it never gets bitter), and has a nutty, slightly sweet flavour that makes it an easy starting point for people new to loose leaf tea.
This blend is designed for comfort — the kind of cup you make when you want something warm and settling without needing to think about it. Good on its own, also good with a splash of milk if that's your thing.
Brewing: 1–2 teaspoons per cup. Boiling water. Steep for 5–7 minutes — you can't over-steep rooibos. Caffeine-free.
Ingredients: Rooibos (81%), apple, valerian, orange blossom, lavender, mallow, blue cornflower, safflower, aroma.
Why I chose this
Not everyone wants green tea. Some people want something that feels like a hug in a cup. This is that. I recommend it to anyone who says "I don't really like tea" — it's usually because they've only tried the bitter, tannic kind. Rooibos changes that.
