Hand-picked wild chamomile from the mountains of Greece. This isn't the dusty chamomile you find in supermarket teabags — it's whole dried flowers with an intense, honeyed floral aroma that fills the room the moment you open the bag.
The flavour is soft, naturally sweet, and genuinely calming. Chamomile has been used for centuries to support sleep and ease tension, and the wild Greek variety is widely considered the best in the world for both taste and potency.
Brewing: 1–2 teaspoons per cup. Boiling water. Steep for 5–7 minutes — chamomile gets better the longer you leave it. Caffeine-free, so it's perfect in the evening.
Why I chose this
This was one of the first teas I discovered when I started paying attention to what I was drinking. The smell alone slows me down. I drink it most evenings — it's become the signal to my brain that the day is done and it's time to switch off.
