A delicate white tea made from young buds and leaves, minimally processed to preserve its natural character. White Peony is one of the lightest, gentlest teas you can drink — naturally sweet, slightly floral, almost nothing to it. And that's the point.

White tea is the least processed of all tea types. The leaves are simply withered and dried, which means more of the natural antioxidants remain intact. It's caffeine-light — enough to notice, not enough to interfere with calm.

Brewing: 2–3g per cup. Water at 75–80°C. Steep for 3–5 minutes. Can be re-steeped several times — it gets sweeter with each infusion.

Why I chose this

This is the tea that doesn't compete with your thoughts. When I'm doing gratitude practice or sitting quietly with something I need to process, White Peony is what I reach for. It sits alongside you without demanding attention. That's exactly what some mornings need.
